Effective from 30/09/2026. These rules apply to all orders placed through the Nerijaus Grybės individuali veikla platform.
Nerijaus Grybės individuali veikla (the "Platform") is a digital marketplace that connects service providers (the "Sellers") with service recipients (the "Buyers") for the booking of sports courts, venues, and games. The Platform acts solely as an intermediary and does not assume responsibility for the provision of the service itself.
By placing an order, the Buyer enters into a contract directly with the Seller, not with the Platform. The Platform only processes the payment and transmits information between the parties.
The Platform is solely an information and payment intermediary. The Seller is responsible for the quality, safety, fairness, and delivery of the service. The Platform is not liable for the Seller's actions or omissions.
The Platform retains only a transaction fee (set by the administrator) for each successfully processed payment. The remaining amount is automatically transferred to the Seller via the Paysera split-payment system.
All payments are made in euros (EUR) via the Paysera payment system. The Platform deducts a transaction fee from each payment; the exact amount is shown in the order confirmation screen before payment.
The Seller's share (total amount minus the transaction fee) is automatically transferred to the Seller's designated bank account (IBAN) via the Paysera split-payment system.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving reasons. However, this right does not apply to services that have already begun to be performed with the consumer's prior consent (e.g., if the court has already been rented or the game has taken place).
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must inform the Platform within 14 days of order confirmation.
If the service was not provided due to the Seller's fault (e.g., the court was closed, double booking), the Buyer receives a full refund. The refund is processed through the same payment system.
If the Buyer does not show up at the booked time without prior notice, the service is considered provided and the money is not refunded, unless the Seller decides otherwise.
The Platform administration reserves the right to issue a full or partial refund if a violation or dispute is identified.
All disputes between the Buyer and the Seller are resolved directly between the parties. The Platform may assist with mediation but is not responsible for the outcome.
If the dispute is not resolved between the parties, the consumer has the right to contact the Lithuanian Consumer Dispute Resolution Commission or other competent authority.
The Seller assumes full responsibility for the quality, safety, and legality of the provided service. The Seller guarantees that they have the right to provide the service at the specified location and that the location meets safety requirements.
The Seller must provide accurate and truthful information about the service, including price, location, time, and conditions.
The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For more information, see the Privacy Policy.
For order-related inquiries, please contact the Platform administration.
